I was disappointed. I contacted Jordyn last minute to watch my 16 year old diabetic cat while I left to go home for Thanksgiving. I did a meet and greet for her to meet Murphy and to show her his routine for his insulin shots. While during our meet and greet, I did tell Jordyn there was a camera so I could keep an eye on the cat while I was away and that Murphy didn’t like strange men. Unfortunately, Jordyn did not meet my expectations. The litter box didn’t look replenished with fresh litter when I got back. Not only did she have her boyfriend and another guest over, she didn’t check in on the app to notify me she was there. I only knew because I checked the camera in the house. While Jordyn did come twice a day at the exact time, having guests that were had not conducted a background check with Rover didn’t sit well with me, especially since Murphy doesn’t like strange men he hasn’t been around before. While Jordyn is reliable, having friends over and missing a “check in” didn’t sit right with me.
