Hey friends! 👋 I grew up on a farm in northeast Missouri, where my love for animals began. There were always plenty of them nearby (mostly barn cats and our family dog, along with livestock). As a late teen, I worked at an animal hospital, where I learned more about how to properly care for the animals (walking, feeding, bathing, etc). My husband and I moved to the Austin area around 5 years ago, and we currently have two adult cats (Smokey & Bandit) that have been a part of our family for around 8 years. We have also fostered kitties from local shelters until they could find their forever homes. If I care for your fur babies, they will be treated as part of my extended family! Additional experience includes: - administering insulin injections -providing a calm and safe environment for overly anxious pets -caring for elder pets that might require extra attention and/or need hygiene assistance.
