Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Jordyn B. I am a very loving, responsible and caring individual when it comes to animals. I live in a household that involves 6 cats, 1 special needs dog, and over 10 sugar gliders. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs for over 15 years and love them all wholeheartedly and spoil them with treats, toys, and love as any pet deserves. I also have experience taking care of rabbits. I am a pre vet tech student at my college and would love to pursue a career with animals. My goal is to become a vet tech and adventure forth to becoming a dog and cat groomer. I also volunteer at my local grooming salon where I get a lot of hands on experienced with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and temperaments as well as help out with bathing, brushing, and blow drying the dogs- I have yet to learn how to cut/shave their fur! I enjoy it and love seeing the dogs come in and leave looking beautiful and happy with wagging tails. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my boyfriend and friends, drawing, cuddling with my cats, baking, designing jewelry, and playing with my pup :). I am new to this site however I have had some experience with pet sitting before starting Rover. The dog I currently own now use to be my grandma’s dog before she passed. I would pet sit him and had an overnight stay with him when she would be in the hospital. He also has special needs as he is hearing impaired, partially blind, and has to wear diapers. If your fur baby has any special needs please let me know so I can ensure the best care is provided for them.

I would highly recommend Jordyn to care for any animal. She is very kind and empathetic and a huge animal lover. She loves my two dogs, Leo and Luna, and I would absolutely trust her to watch them if needed. She is very responsive to the needs of her own animals at home and always prioritizes their happiness and health. I would definitely recommend her for pet sitting.

I prefer to take care of your fur baby in your home as my house is crowded with animals. During the booking I will respect any house rules you have as well as rules for your pet. I will be visiting at the appropriate times and during those times I will give your fur baby lots of attention, play time, cuddles, and much more! I’ll also feed them and any as needed medication at their designated times. During walks please let me know how they are with a leash- It wouldn’t be fun being pulled around the neighborhood haha!

Before a booking I do require a meet and greet for new clients so we can discuss their fur babies temperaments, triggers, how they are around new people, allergies, any medications they may need, how they react on a leash, special needs, mannerisms and anything I should be aware about. I also would like to have a chance for new clients to fill me in about themselves as a person and the pet to establish trust and safety for myself, the pet, and them in the comfort of their own home. I will ONLY be accompanied by my companion for meet and greets for safety! :) Most of all, please do not be afraid to ask me questions! I want to offer my best care to your pet and allow you to feel entrusted in me while they are under my care!
A typical day
Activities include lots of cuddles, play time such as fetch, tug of war, and walks around the neighborhood. As it gets warmer out I would love to offer to take pups on nature trails to stimulate some physical exercise!

Availability
As listed above I am a college student. My schedule would consist of being available most of the week besides Tuesdays after 3 pm, Thursdays, and occasionally Saturdays. Overall, I can’t wait to meet new pets and give them much love ❤️❤️
