99.% chance I spoil your dog when they are with me. Think of me as the "Fun Aunt". I have always had dogs. They really are the best companions. I have always watched family, friends, co workers dogs while they are out of town, and usually have a blast. Only 1 bad experience (RIP to my favorite pair of cozy socks- gone but never forgotten). I have a pup of my own, Moira. She is the most ROTTEN little thing to live on this earth, and it is completely my fault. She is no stranger to having other dogs in and out of my home. She is extremely playful, super sweet and insist that her doggy guest play with her 24 hours a day. I recently lost both my Beagle (17) and Chihuahua (16) to old age. So Moira is no stranger to senior dogs in the home. All my dogs have been kennel trained, so that is something I accel in, as well as those midnight potty breaks for both young puppies and older puppies.

My dog is pretty independent when I am not home. If it weren't for her lack of opposable thumbs, she could probably take care of herself. I have a rather large fenced in back yard, with a doggy door for access into the house. Water bowls placed both inside and outside. During the summer months, I have a "doggy pool" that I fill with water too keep her cool (I lock the doggy door on these days to avoid having to replace all my furniture). The doggy pool is not an everyday occurrence- just usually when it is close to bath night for my girl. I HAD a strict "no pets on the furniture" rule... it didn't last long. Puppy cuddles are better on the couch anyways.

Let me know if your dog is on any medication so I can be prepared on my end. Whether or not it is given orally, or if I need to administer injected medication. Some dogs in the past I have dealt with are not fans of their daily shot, so any tips and tricks are extremely helpful!
A typical day
I have a huge fenced in back yard, with no shortage of sticks for throwing. I also have a small pool I like to fill on hot summer days for "swimming".

Availability
I do work full time, which is why weekends work best for me. I have a doggy door, so Moira typically roams the house freely. Unless it is raining. She likes to roll in the mud, so imagine my surprise when I was suddenly forced to buy a new rug for the living room *insert eye roll here*. I am home on the weekends, so weekend care is EASY PEASY.
