Experienced & empathetic dog lover
Pet care experience
I've adopted 7 dogs of various breeds in my lifetime; I've always cared for dogs. I was the primary caretaker for my family's oldest dog, who required multiple medications and special accommodations (Passed in Dec '18). I'm very intuitive and empathetic with animals. I've helped out friends for nearly 4 years with petsitting tasks, with up to 6 animals at a time. I'm also very familiar with caring for special needs canines/dogs who require medicine. I've cared for dogs of all temperaments and energy levels; from those who never sit still and always want a toy to those who are content to nap all day. I have experience with complex medical needs, such as oral medications, topical medications, special diets, deafness, mobility restrictions, and seizures. References available upon request.
Reviews
Jordan was wonderful. Picked Sasha up as scheduled. She even sent pictures along the way. My first experience using was Rover, and it was so easy, thanks to Jordan! Highly recommend
Jordan is a responsible and trustworthy pet sitter. I've had her pet sit in my home for my 4 dogs, plus a foster dog, and our cat. Two of the dogs take special food and meds. She did a great job with them and even sent me picture updates periodically. I plan to hire Jordan again in the near future!

Information Jordan Y. would like to know about your pet
Are there any interactions your dog is not comfortable with (ie: previously abused and reacts poorly to raised hands or voices)? What is their energy level like? Are there certain cues they give when hungry, needing outside, etc? Do they get along with other animals? Do they have any special needs or medications? No breed preferences.
A typical day
Typically, I enjoy taking dogs to parks (Kreager, most often), or roaming the neighborhood.
