Pet care experience
I have owned my own, watched over, and been Auntie/Big Sister/Friend to many dogs, cats, fish, and other furry/scaled beings before getting paid to do so. While I enjoy working with youth and families in my full time job, animals also hold a special place in my heart which is why I work at a Pet Daycare and Boarding business part time as well!

Jordan is amazing! She was super easy to work with and very accommodating—sending us lots of pics and updates throughout the week. Our dog required eye drops each day and she handled that with no issue. We will definitely use her again!

Jordan exceeded all my expectations!! This is the first time I left my girls with someone other than a close friend or family member and I could not have asked for a better experience! She sent daily updates with pictures that had me laughing out loud - my family members used a different sitter from Rover in a different state and they had to reach out to get an update after a few days - I had an update before I got off the plane. I was very relaxed and told Jordan the basics, but knew she could handle them, but I can also see her doing well with a stricter schedule as she asked great questions and made sure to follow their routine as much as possible. I am keeping Jordan's information for the next time I go out of town. I have a bit of a crazy dog and it was such a peace of mind to know that she and my cat were in their own space with someone that would love them as much as I do. Highly highly recommend Jordan!!!

I prioritize caring for your pet in a compassionate, detail oriented, individualized but consistent manner, knowing that having someone new care for your pet can be stressful.

Please let me know if your pet has allergies or needs to be given medication. If your pet is wary of new people, reactive towards other animals, or has other specific needs, please communicate this in advance. Favorite toys, walking routes, tricks, etc are a bonus :). **If boarding**: My roommate has two cats (M and F) who are social, but I would like to introduce them to your pet before the visit if possible to ensure the stay would not be overly stressful for either party.
A typical day
I love when a dog feels comfortable and safe enough to be their fully playful, exploratory, cuddly, zoomiest, truest selves! I support this happening by playing with them with their favorite toys, setting up workouts for their brain, walking in both new and familiar places in the cities/suburbs, giving lots of praise, and being a consistently warm presence.

Availability
I work full time during the week, but I work both from home and the office which gives me greater flexibility to be available for your pet. My part time job’s hours at the Pet Daycare vary week to week, so the more advance notice the better!
