Pet care experience
I absolutely LOVE animals. Besides years of experience as a dog walker through word of mouth, being a foster volunteer through Dallas Animal Services (DAS), and a veteran sitter on TrustedHousesitters, my partner and I adopted a senior pup, Phoebe, two years ago. Phoebe had a number of medical complications including chronic kidney disease, so she required 24 hour care and a LOT of love. Unfortunately, she passed not too long ago, and we’ve decided to spend some time looking after others’ pets for a bit while we heal from the loss. I am accustomed to caring for pets of all kinds and of all ages, but I have a special place in my heart for seniors and those with special medical needs.

Jordan was amazing!! It was my first time leaving my pet overnight, but she sent pictures and updates consistently which put my mind at ease while away on vacation. She took such good care of my Reese and made everything so easy, I will be sure to use her again in the future!
I am new to Dallas and was SO hesitant leaving my boy with anyone besides family. Jordan was an absolute angel and my pup was beyond spoiled. Jordan was so sweet, accommodating, and treated Murphy as her own. She provided plenty of updates and pictures. I felt at such ease knowing my boy was being spoiled rotten and loved so much. Definitely will book Jordan again! 💕
Jordan was AMAZING with our senior lab Khaki!!! Khaki is extremely anxious and Jordan took such great care of her during her stay. She sent so many great photos and updates for us and made us feel so comfortable. We will definitely be using Jordan as a sitter again!!! It’s the best feeling when you know your baby is being taken care of by someone who truly loves them and wants them to be as comfortable as possible. I wasn’t sure if Khaki even wanted to leave with us because she loved Jordan so much 😂😂😭 Highly recommend Jordan and so grateful we found her 🫶🏻🥰
Jordon took great care of our senior dog Howie while we were away. There’s a lot to deal with as Howie has some issues with incontinence, blindness, and deafnesses. Jordon made sure to give Howie plenty of snuggles and TLC while we were out of town for a few days. I am grateful to find Rover.com since it’s the only way I feel comfortable leaving Howie behind.

If your pet will be spending time in my home, I’ll be treating them like my own! Used to sleeping in a bed? They’re more than welcome to snuggle up. Need to go out on 4 walks a day? I’m ready. Rest assured they’ll be pampered and get lots of belly rubs while with me. As my partner, Jack, and I have been sitters on a different pet sitting app for many years now, we are accustomed to staying over clients’ homes and making sure to following instructions for house & pet care to a T. We are more than happy to collect mail, water plants, vacuum up pet hair, and make sure to leave the place as we found it, or better!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, medications they take regularly, or special diets. If they are reactive to dogs/cats/people, and if they are allowed to have treats, and if so, how many/any specific type, will help me in caring for them.
A typical day
We’ll start the day with lots of belly rubs, then an exciting walk and breakfast for your pups. If they’re high energy, we’ll spend some time playing fetch to get those zoomies out. If they’re older/low energy, I’ll make sure they’re nice and comfy on the couch or in a bed before starting my own work. As my work is flexible, I’ll take lots of breaks throughout the day to give them some snuggles (maybe a treat or two) and take them out on adventures in the neighborhood.

Availability
I work remotely full time, so I’ll be at home all day and able to give your pets lots of cuddles, take them out for walks, etc. I have a lot of flexibility with my job, so if your pets need something, I’ll able to respond immediately.
