Hello there! Let me tell you a little bit about myself and my home. I live in Hillsboro and work for Jefferson County Government. I am lucky enough to work 6 minutes from my home so on lunch breaks, I usually head over to let my dogs out and play with them for a bit before going back to work. I went to Jefferson College and am a certified Veterinary Assistant. I have volunteered at a shelter and have worked in a clinic. I have administered medications and I have taken care of senior dogs. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 fish and a toddler (he counts, right?). My son's father and I share custody so if you have a pet who is not kid friendly, understandable. My son is almost 4 and kind with all animals so you have nothing to worry about with him. My 2 dogs are both rescued. I have a German Shepherd named Zora, she is about 2 1/2 and a rescued Great Pyrenees named Oliver and he is about 6/7. They get along with all animals and I am open to play dates as well. My cat is named Church and she gets along with all dogs. If you have a dog that is not cat friendly, that is alright as she has her own bedroom nook in my home. All animals in my home will be loved like my own. Safety, well-being and making sure both you and your dog is comfortable is my #1 priority. .

Jordan was quick to get to my area to check on my two cats. I had an emergency surgery a few days earlier. I had booked her after I woke up which was three days later. Thankful that she took care of my babies . She did a great job with them
Jordan visited Oscar to take him outside for potty break, and fed him his food. I had a surgery and was unsure how long we’d be gone. Since she had visited for a meet and greet we were very comfortable with Jordan, along with the fact she has veterinary assistant training at JeffCo we feel extra comfortable with her keeping our spoiled dachshund. She just completed her first visit, sent several pictures, and we are absolutely thrilled. We HIGHLY recommend Jordan!

I have a large fenced in backyard, almost 2 acres so there is plenty of room for high energy pups to run. I have a basement that my dogs have claimed as their domain, they are crate trained and monitored with a camera 24/7 if I am not at home. Dogs are able to be on the couch and bed if allowed but bringing their own bed is preferred as they will have that sense of home.

Things I would like to know beforehand would include any special health needs, food aggression or fears. I will need to make sure that they are UTD on shots as well as flea/heartworm. I do prefer a meet and greet in a public place, that way both you and your dog are comfortable with me once they stay with me. If you are needing me to stay at your house, a meet and greet in the home in advance to make sure they are comfortable with me being in their home.
A typical day
Typical day would be lots of running and chasing balls in my backyard. Let's get some energy out! If you have a routine, please tell me all the details to keep your furbaby on schedule.

Availability
I am flexible with schedules and am able to get same day notice because I understand that things do come up. I will give my number to clients to make it easier for communication if need be. ***UPDATE: during the summer, I race 55 every Saturday evening. I can do drop ins before 4pm***
