Pet care experience
Working from home for a non-profit organization that protects animals and very thankful for the flexibility I have to watch dogs while I do it. My apartment complex has multiple "dog runs" as well as a fenced dog park which I'd take your dog(s) to each day. I live with my wonderful yorkie/pom mi (5 lbs neutered) who gets along very well with other friendly dogs. Since I have a 5 lb dog who is precious and fragile, I would prefer to only have dogs of similar size ( 8 lbs maximum). I love bigger dogs but safety is my primary concern. Having had the horrible experience of dealing with my own dog running away from a dog-sitter several years ago, I don't think you'll find anyone who exercises more care and caution when it comes to judgment as I watch your dog. I would never let what happened to me happen to you. I hope to hear from you soon. Please also make sure that your pets are protected against fleas before they come over. Also being up-to-date on shots is important to me. Thanks!

Tonka loved the attention and care he received from Jordan. He especially enjoyed playing with the neighborhood dogs when Jordan took him on walks to the local park.

This was our second time using Rover and Jordan's first. Jordan was very accommodating towards our drop off and pick up schedules (both late at night) and kept us updated on our dogs constantly throughout their stay. We also liked that Jordan worked from home so that meant more supervision for the dogs. His apartment also has a large dog park which is a great amenity to have. We are very happy with our experience with Jordan and will use him again in the future!

I only take smaller sized dogs. If your dog has issues with aggression, I prefer that you take the dog to another sitter since I have a small, sweet dog and do not want to put him in any potential jeopardy.
A typical day
There's a fenced dog park in my apartment complex as well as multiple dog runs. Ample grounds in my apartment complex allow for some nice exploratory walking and plenty of sniffing for the dog's olfactory senses.
