In addition to being a new process, we also had to open up our home to a stranger for house-sitting while out of town. The other reviews on Jordan were promising, and upon meeting him for the first time, any nervousness we had to having someone we didn't know with our dogs and house immediately abated. Jordan was so genuine and friendly, and above all adored our two dogs. We got multiple pictures a day with updates and even a couple videos. Our youngest pup had a birthday the last day we were out of town, and Jordan surprised her with a pupcake, even saving a slice for our third dog that had gone out of town with us. Our pups even had a pawdicure in our absence. The house was as clean as we left it before leaving town. No dishes in the sink or even the dishwasher, trash recently taken out. He brought in our packages and mail regularly. Ten out of ten I'd recommend Jordan and book his services again.
