Pet care experience
Friends, family and neighbors have all told me I should open a doggy day care out of my home. I offer to walk and have play dates with MANY many of our neighbors’ dogs as well as watch them over night. While I am not opening a business venture - I thought Rover would be a great way to safely and lovingly care for dogs while also making money to support myself. I have a private dog run at my apartment complex of which I have immediate access to. My building is extremely dog friendly and fellow owners are responsible. If your dog does not like to play with others or will not go to the bathroom while playing - we can skip the park and do walks only!

Jordan was absolutely AMAZING!! This was our first time leaving our 1 year old Golden Retriever with a rover for a long time and it couldn’t have gone any better. Jordan sends pictures and videos everyday, making sure you know how your pup is doing all the time! She has fun activities for them daily. Our dog, Maverick had so much fun! We will definitely be using her again and again. Cannot recommend enough!!!!

I adhere to training put in place by the owner; if your dog is crated at home, they will be crated in my home. If they are trustworthy and safe outside of their crate, then they may remain so :)

It is important to me to know your dogs behaviors on and off leash, around other animals, and how they are meant to be cared for when a human is not home (crated, free but NO toys, or no specifications etc.). I also like to know if your dog has any allergies or quirks when eating their meals. For example, my dog is a friendly food thief and so I feed her separately in my bathroom.
A typical day
Should your dog enjoy playing with others, my complex has a private dog run with lots of friendly neighbors! Many evenings we get together so the dogs can have some social time and exercise. My favorite walks that I do often are from my neighborhood to infinity park and looping around Washington Park.
