Pet care experience
Since I was born I've had a dog as a pet. When I was 12, my family and I started training guide dog puppies in Florida! We've raised 11 different pups throughout the years, and I personally have raised two on my own. Raising a puppy includes teaching them house manners, basic commands, and taking them out in public. Though it's volunteer work, we learn how to train the pups, and I have a lot of confidence -- and patience! -- working with dogs from as young as 8 weeks old!

I raised guide dog puppies for the blind with Jordan for almost 10 years. She is extraordinary with animals and training, and anyone would be so lucky to have her as a sitter or dog walker. She has watched numerous dogs of mine, as well as attended extensive training sessions for service dogs. She is always responsive, easy-going and responsible. I wouldn't recommend anyone as highly as I recommend Jordan!

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my own dog, Irwin! He sleeps in a crate and goes in there when I leave, so I'm used to using one. Since I live in an apartment, I take Irwin on lots of walks and would love to do the same for you dog!

A typical day
We can go on a walk (if they like walking), or hang at home for doggie massages. I love seeing the different neighborhoods of Austin and walking around them. Lake Mueller Park is one of my faves to visit.

I just graduated with my MA from UT Austin! I now work at UT Austin. I work from home Thursday and Friday so have time to walk your dog or pop in to feed them dinner and check up on them!
