Pet care experience
I have always watched my neighbors’ and family member’s and friends’ animals and began to expand my reach. Now, I have been on Rover for about a year and a half and have so many great people and pets. I began this account to help with purchasing a condo, and now that I have done that, I am working on furniture and all of those fun things! I have volunteered with dogs since I was 16 - starting at Wayside Waifs, then Fort Worth Animal Care and Control, and now with Heart of America Humane Society. I also have my 3 childhood dogs living with my parents in Overland Park.

I volunteer to care for shelter animals in my free time, so I do truly care for animals. I have taken dog behavior classes in order to volunteer and I have been exposed to many different dogs and cats!

A typical day
I am a big walker - so I am always open to walks. I am experienced with working on training as needed, but I am also content just to give them tons of attention!

Availability
I am currently a self employed accounting and finance consultant, so my schedule is very flexible, but can be chaotic at some points! I work from home 90% of the time. I will just need some flexibility with timing since my life doesn’t stick to a set schedule :)
