Pet care experience
I grew up in a household where caring for animals was our normal day to day from an early age. By age 4 I was helping my parents whelp puppies, and assisting with socialization and training. We always had a variety of pets that I absolutely loved. As an adult, my love for animals never ceased. I became a vegan in 2015, and in 2020 I received my board certification to become a behavior analyst. While I s yet to receive animal training certification, my strategies with applied behavior analysis have been successful in helping to train and understand my own animals.

When I'm caring for others' pets I make sure to follow the routines that the parents provide. If parents do not provide a routine I'll have your pet adopt to the routine of my own pets (a light breakfast, lunch at 12:30, dinner at 6pm.) If bathing services are needed those can be added at an extra cost. I'll spend time playing with your pet, training with them if requested, and ensuring that they feel safe.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, dietary needs, or medication needs! Additionally, if you could let me know if your pet is reactive to other pets or children. We do have animals in our home full time - our malamute is friendly to small dogs and cats but can be territorial - he will have his own space while your pets are in my care.
A typical day
The animals I watch can attest to the fact that I love to play, snuggle, make fun homemade (nontoxic) treats to let them taste, throw dance parties, and take thousands of photos! We live in such a dog friendly neighborhood with so many fun parks and trails so going for walks, hikes (on good health days!), and to Starbucks for some pup cups!

Availability
As a housewife, I have open availability. I take my children to school daily and then come home and start my routine with my animals. I spend most of my days outside with them, walking, or playing games. I'm sure that your pet will feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care.
