booked for 4 days and paid in advance, did not show up 2 days. Not reliable.

Jordan was awesome! Everything from communication, to caring for our dog, to keeping our home clean was above and beyond our expectations. She sent photos and updates daily. We felt very comfortable with her after a meet and greet and had no worries leaving our pug and home in her hands. Everything was either just as we left it or better. She washed all our dog's bowls and cleaned up beautifully if he had an accident. She responds quickly to texts and provides important details when giving updates. She really put us at ease so we were able to enjoy our vacation. We had peace of mind knowing that our dog was receiving excellent care. I would not hesitate to ask her to watch our dog again and I would give her my highest recommendation to anyone.
