Hi friends! I am a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior and with MANY years of experience caring for a variety of species. I have also attained two animal training certifications. The services I provide are backed this education and my real-world experience. I strongly believe in giving pets (and their guardians!) security, reliability, and trustworthiness. I put this belief into practice by sticking to a pet's regular schedule as closely as possible so that the only difference they notice is in who is caring for them. Ethical animal care is my priority. My personal and professional endeavors have ranged from pet ownership, professional pet care, pet industry retail work, vet clinic work, and animal training. These experiences have given me opportunities to care for a variety of sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as rodents, reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish, and even some livestock species. If you have pets other than just cats or dogs, you can be sure they will be in good hands. With my professional-level knowledge of animal training, I am passionate about using only pleasant, humane, pet-friendly methods. I cannot provide professional training services during my Rover care for your pets, but my knowledge and experience still informs my animal care and husbandry practices.
