Jordan was one of the best Rover’s I’ve ever had. Riley was very well taken care of and I would absolutely book with Jordan again in the future.

Jordan was very responsive prior to booking one day of overnight boarding and expressed that she would send lots of pictures. She seemed excited to meet my dachshund and all her housemates were present when we arrived for drop off. My 10 lb dog was scared when she was approached aggressively by roommates yelling her name. Understanding that everyone was excited to meet her, it was not a great way to greet any strange animal. I did not hear from Jordan for approximately 20 straight hours of the 24 hour sitting period and only after I reached out to ask. I am giving 4 stars because she did walk my dog and was the most responsive to my initial request for sitting. I believe she was sincere in her intentions to care for my pet in my absence and I appreciate her willingness. Some feedback would be appreciated during and at the end of the stay so I can tell other sitters what to expect.
