Hello! I started doing rover last summer just to try it out and see how it would go. I ended up loving it! My boyfriend and I are both huge animal lovers. We live with our 7 year old daughter, 3 dogs, and 3 cats. I have a long history of caring for animals in general and such a huge love for them. I’ve grown up with German shepherds and cats. My daughter luckily has the same love for animals that I do! We are lucky enough to have a pretty large home with a huge fenced in yard and an inground pool! ( the pool has a hard cover so everyone is always safe 😊 ) the dogs seem to absolutely love the pool! After last summer I had to slow down with rover because we ended up adopting one of our boarders! We wanted to give him plenty of time to adjust before we regularly had extra dogs around. He is super friendly and playful so he is doing great! He loves other dogs as well. We are now ready to jump back in! We are both super easy going with very flexible work schedules. He works from home so there is always someone around :) we believe that dogs should feel completely at home so we fully welcome all the cuddles on the couch and bed. I want dogs and their owners to feel happy and comfortable at all times. I always send lots of pictures of videos :) please reach out to me if you are wanting your fur baby to have a home away from home while you are gone! ❤️ I have a full time job but my job has a lot of flexibility. My boyfriend is working from home so he is always around as well! I have a fully fenced in yard and other pups of my own to keep yours company. We welcome bringing crates but we also have baby gates so your dog can hang out in a bedroom if they need some quiet time but don’t want to be isolated.
