If you book me for pet-sitting your fur-babies, they will get a one-on-one experience. Your pets will have my undivided attention and and receive as much love as they're willing to receive. I will pet them and tell them how sweet they are, play with them using the toys you have provided for them, and I will even bring my own laser pointer that I have found both cats *and* dogs tend to love chasing! If you book me for a walk your pet will get the above and a walk (or jog, if desired) along quiet side streets and parks, most often Welles Park, Winnemac Park, River Park, Horner Park, and the areas in between. If there is an enclosed area at your home we can play fetch, tug of war, and hide and seek, too! I have over five years each of experience being a cat-dad and working and volunteering with a multitude of different cats in a shelter environment, including those with special needs, shy and "difficult" temperaments, seniors, and kittens. My own sweet 15 year-old kitty receives two medications that get mixed in her food and one that is given by mouth, and I am comfortable and able to give topical medications, oral medications, injections, and hydrations besides. Grooming and medications are no problem! I've never had a dog of my own, but I grew up around dogs in early childhood, starting with a German shepherd that lived with my family as a baby and a golden retriever that I would see occasionally when visiting my aunt. As an adult, a coworker used to sometimes bring in her absolutely massive bullypit to the office, and he was so sweet and wanted nothing more than to wag his tail off and sit in laps no matter how much he didn't fit! I also have semi-regular interactions with my aunt's three smaller dogs that are blasts to be with: one loves sitting on laps and being held, another is obsessed with playing tug-of-war, and the third is a mix between the other two, and I love walking them all!
