Besides having dogs as pets all of my life, I have worked for companies who strive to provide premier care to dogs. I have watched dogs of family/friends as well. You can expect that your pet will be pampered. I like to provide care based on the needs of the dog. I have worked with several different types of dogs, working with each pet's individual needs. I have taken care of others' pets for around 3 years. My most recent experience comes from working at a pet hotel. There I was required to treat each dog/cat as my own. On any given day, we had 40+ dogs in house. I was taught how to supervise a group of dogs, while giving attention to each dog individually. I have watched groups of 12+ dogs, all coming from different owners. At the pet hotel, I have gained experience working with several different types of dogs and cats. We took care of little pups that weighed about 5 lbs., all the way up to 150+ lb. Great Danes. I have worked with puppies as well as elderly dogs with heath issues. I have volunteered at the Humane Society in the spay/neuter department. There I was expected to give each dog/cat the attention they needed, regardless if they anesthetized or not. I learned how to give injected medication to dogs. I believe I would make a great sitter for your pets, because of my attentiveness and my loving and gentle personality.
