I had a Bernese Mountain dog growing up and have taken care of several other dogs throughout my life. I can work on the weekends, and I am a competent person. I am an Army Veteran. After my time in the Army I moved into an apartment with my brother and I took care of my brothers dog for about two years while working. We no longer live together and it was difficult saying goodbye to the dog I was looking after for such a long time. However, my brother and I stay in contact and I get to see the dog whenever I visit. It is very calming and relaxing for me to be around dogs, walk them, pet them, and take care of them.
