Pet care experience
I got my first dog when I was 7 and have been an avid dog lover since. My friends and family trust me to dog sit when they go on vacation. I enjoy playing almost as much they do and can be relied on to walk, feed and hydrate our furry friends.

Jonathan is the sweetest person! Our dog, Jake, loves him so much! He’s great about making sure Jake eats his food and the water bowl is properly filled. He likes to play and give lots of love! Jonathan can follow very specific instructions! We will be using him again (and again)!

I start with warm greetings then either go for a walk or play in the pet’s backyard. I follow that up with refilling or changing water in their bowls and feed if asked to.

Please tell me if your dog is friendly with neighbors or their pets or if I need to be careful around other dogs while walking. Let me know if they like to chase squirrels or other animals in the neighborhood especially if they are larger dogs. Also let me know if they may tend to dig holes under fences and if I need to be aware of that when we go into the backyard
A typical day
If there’s a private back yard with space I like to play games whether fetch tug of war or just simply run around with them. After play time or walk I like to make sure the dogs stay hydrated then like to pet and scratch butts or behind the ear. Then try and get them to settle down before I leave.

Availability
I am a self employed personal trainer and control my own schedule which allows me to have some free time throughout the day. I tend to work split days, usually no more than 3 hours in a row resulting in opportunity to check in morning, afternoon and night.
