Pet care experience
My wife and I recently lost our schnauzer/poodle (16) and shar-pei/cocker spaniel (14) and just want to hang with some dogs. Both had big personalities and required various types of senior care so we're compassionate to your older (and/or possibly grumpy) babies. Finn (schnauzer/poodle) was a puppy when we got him, and Goose (shar-pei/cocker spaniel) was a mature lady, so we're familiar with some of the training challenges that come with rescues.

Jon and his wife Jami are the BEST caregivers. They have kept our dog Penny many times. She can be anxious and shy but absolutely loves staying with them. We always feel at ease if we have to leave town because we know she’ll be in the best hands. They are true dog lovers and will treat yours like their own.

We have a large semi-wooded yard (not fenced unfortunately) but we do have a tethered dog run in the back if they need some ball time but can't be off leash. Happy to take your pup on a walk down our cul-de-sac street or a local park.

A typical day
We've got a mountain of toys to keep your pet occupied in the house. We're on a quiet cul de sac road for walks but we can also play ball in the back or go for a hike at one of the local parks or riverwalk. Let me know what your pup likes!

I work from home full time and my wife is also around when not traveling on sales calls. We're happy to take your pup for walks/hikes/ball time in our large yard.
