I grew up with large mutts and most recently a German shepherd named Dallas, yes after the Cowboys. Absolutely love them, unfortunately apartment only permits cats so I need to get my dog fix somehow. My girlfriend and I love our cat Howl but I can’t take him for a run. I just end up giving him treats. My girlfriend has experience with a dog walking company and I was always really jealous and would end up going with her on a lot of the walks. I can run, play fetch, live next to some great dog parks where I can introduce a dog to many new friends. Lots of open space for getting outside and stretching and what not.
