Pet care experience
Hello, we are a family of three who loves animals. We have fostered over 300 animals for the Victoria Humane society on top of caring for our own animals. We would have your cat separated for ours in their own space to reduce the amount of stress they would experience.

This was my second time travelling this year which required a pet sitter. My partner and I were so incredibly happy and impressed with Jonathan and Alexandra’s care for Penelope. We were constantly updated with messages and photos during our 19 day trip which brought us so much comfort. If you ever require their services, you will not be disappointed or worried about leaving your fur baby with them!
They truly are the best!! This was Biscuit and Mickeys second stay and they LOVED it. Seriously, they didn’t even want to come home after. They are so great at sending updates and making my two cats feel at home. The whole family makes sure they have lots of attention and are great at giving medication. I am just so happy I found a cat sitter for life :) thank you, thank you!!
Jonathan and Alexandra made Kitten feel confident and happy right away. Through daily updates and photos I could see that he quickly became comfortable is his temporary home, and had a great time. I would definitely use them again when Kitten needs to be looked after and even if it was for an extended period, I would choose Jonathan and Alexandra because their set up is ideal with lots of space, fully separated from the rest of the house yet with a secure inside door which means no chance of a cat getting out when someone enters or leaves the suite. They were also just so caring and kind and went above and beyond!
I could not imagine a kinder and more caring set of sitters for our cat Pickles. She's an old lady with health issues and needs medications and doesn't like change and none of this phased Jonathan or Alex. They made me feel so at ease leaving Pickles with them, their communication was consistent and thoughtful, they sent images and checked in with me, and were really flexible with me. It's abundantly clear that they love animals and taking care of them, and their suite in their house was a perfect safe space for Pickles to visit. So happy with my first Rover experience and I would highly recommend Jonathan and Alex.
