Jon D. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

I was excited to try Rover; it seemed like a wonderful way for my animals to be taken care of while I was on vacation. Reading about Jon, he seemed well qualified and professional and I was happy when he agreed to House sit. I was stunned when he told me the night before vacation that he didn’t want to House-Sit, that he preferred Drop-in home visits, but it was too late to make other arrangements. I was expecting he would spend the night with them and drop in during the day, but instead he spent less than 2 hours with them during the 3 days I was away. Jon did not feed the animals the correct amount of food, and one of the dogs was sick for several days after I returned. His unprofessional and uncaring treatment of my pets was very disappointing. I would recommend Rover, but not Jon.
