We are very upset on how this situation was handled. When we reached out to Jomary, we discussed about our dogs seperation anxiety. Jomary assured us that she knew how to handle anxiety in dogs and they would not be left alone. We also let her know that we were unsure how ours dogs will react around kids, but previous sitters have had kids around them and remarked that it went well. We suggested a meet and greet to confirm everyone will get along, to which jomary declined to do a meet and greet. At the time of booking, we were assured that our dogs would be the only ones there.  The night before drop off, we reached out to Jomary to confirm drop off times to which she informed us that she still had her previous clients dogs. We understand that things happen that us beyond our control. Jomary assured us she will keep them seperated.  An hour after drop off we messaged to make sure everything was ok. We didnt hear back until about an hour later. At this point, we have just reached houston. Jomary said she didnt think it was going to work out and we need to come pick up our dogs. She stated that our dogs were barking at her son. We were very upfront about how we were uncertain our dogs would react around kids, which is why we offered to do a meet and greet. She also stated that our dogs wanted to follow her around and she couldnt take care of the previous family's dogs. We were also very clear about my dogs seperation anxiety before hand and were assured she knew how to handle it. We told her we just reached houston and if she could meet us half way and drop off our dogs. She declined. At this point, I called rover to see what we could do. Unfortunately, there wasnt much to be done as everyone is booked for the holidays. So we had to turned around and drive back to Killeen. Upon arrival, we found Jomary outside hanging with her friends while my dogs were inside unsupervised. We were very clear that our dogs have seperation anxiety and cannot be left alone as they can hurt themselves. Furthermore, our trip got extended from a 3 hour drive to a 9 hour drive. We are very upset as most of this couldve been avoided with a proper meet and greet which was declined. Jomary handled this very unprofessionally. We are requesting a full refund as we do not feel that our dogs were properly looked after as well as compensation for gas as we had to add an addiontal 6 hours to our trip. I will attacked screen shots of our converstaion as well as the bank statments for the gas.

So grateful for you taking our dogs on Thanksgiving and being so sweet with my nervous girl!
