Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my neighbors dog for three years. They have trusted me to go over at least four times a day in order to feed the dog three times a day, and let their dog out each visit. I stayed for at least 30 minutes, sometimes even an hour, to let to dog enjoy outside. I’d also play catch with the dog and let her do what she needed to do outside. I have also helped take care of my aunts dogs, when my mom was in charge. I aided her with assistance, even when one of the dogs had diabetes and needed her insulin. On top of all of this, I currently have three dogs myself and four cats. I’ve had animals all of my life, and have much experience and knowledge to take genuine care of each animal I get the chance to take care of!

I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to roam, and beyond that is more yard where they can run around if they can be trusted not to get away! I would always keep an eye on them when they are outside. When they come in, I give them a treat. Inside, they can interact with three other dogs, and four cats. Two of the dogs are beagles and one is a basset hound. The beagles are both a little bit older, but like to play. The basset hound is the most loving dog, and will act like a mother to any dog! The cats tend to always mind their own business, but they are not affected by the presence of dogs.

I love all breeds!! And cats too, as long as they get along with dogs!
A typical day
I can take them to a trail right down the street from my home. A great walk, has a nice hill, and a nice stretch of land where the dogs can play, run around, swim if it’s hot, and play ball with me!

Availability
I currently have a part time job, working 2 or three days a week. Once September comes, I will be in school until 2:00 pm. I have sports starting at 8:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesday’s, but as for the summer I am free. I am not available some days in August, along with the last week of July. I am a full time student and have commitments such as my job, clubs, and sports after school days, but each day differs throughout the year dependent upon my schedule.
