Joleen was awesome! We were gone for about 10 days and I could not have asked for more. She took pictures almost everyday of our cat Sammy. She provided updates on eating habits and general behavior. Joleen is the best!

Will not use her service again! The only positive thing I can say is that she kept my dog alive and responded to my texts promptly! The first picture she sent me was my dog in the bathroom in his bed! She claims my dog followed her while she was getting ready! ( well nice of my dog to take his bed with him while following her!) when I picked him up he came home and drank two big bowls of water, nothing I have ever seen my dog doing in his 11 years I had him! He has never done this behavior while being with a sitter! I’m very thankful she gave him back alive. During my trip I was worried sick that how he is doing. Anyways learned my lesson. If during meet and greet something is off, don’t book! I only went because of good reviews she had. This is my opinion of her, Never again!
