Pet care experience
I am very gentle and loving towards dogs. I grew up with parents who ran an AKC business and I take care of the dogs all the time. I have a lot of experience with a variety of dogs. I have several parks and two dog parks nearby that your dear one will enjoy walking, running, and roaming. My son (17) is also a trainer for the Assistance Dogs of the West and is certified in Dog CPR. My daughter (13) just simply loves dogs! I work Monday through Friday during the daytime except for holidays but I am home during the weekends. I can check on the dogs during my lunch breaks. My two teenage kids (17 & 13) also will be around to give your dear one attention, and boy, they are good at it! I am flexible with the number of dogs you need to be taken care of, too. I have a fenced back and side yard, and also a pet door if your dear one likes to go outside. I have a dog who loves to meet other new dog(s). If your dear one does not get along with other dogs or teenagers well, my dog and teenage children can be out of the house with their human dad during the stay, no problem.

I would highly recommend Joi to take care of your pets. We were in Santa Fe for a weeklong vacation, and we needed someone to take care of our two miniature dachshunds while we were gone on several day trips. She was very thorough and understanding about how to take care of our dogs. Very knowledgeable about dog handling and needs. Definitely will use her again when we come back to Santa Fe with our pups.
Joi took excellent care of our dog! We will definitely look for her next time we are in Santa Fe.
JoI and her family were so great to work with. I booked only 2 days before and was so grateful she was available. She was immediately eager to learn all about my Maya’s needs so she would have a great 6 hours with her. Received lots of great of pics and quick to respond. I wasn’t ever worried about my girl. It ended up raining a lot during her stay, so the walk time was minimal but Joi took her to Petco to get some energy out instead. Thanks Joi, I appreciate your kindness, flexibility, and caring! Will use your services again if in Santa Fe!
