Clients receive top-notch service from me. Having cared for animals my entire life, I am very experienced in what it takes to ensure a successful visit! You can rest assured knowing your pup is getting a 25 minute walk (weather considered) and lots of extra attention! I am an older adult and a long-time resident of Champaign/Savoy. My family and I live here with our 3 cats, 3 dogs, and 1 rabbit. I understand the value of communication, especially when you put your fur babies in the care of someone else. It is always my goal to make owners a part of each visit with pictures or texts/emails, if allowed. You will never have to worry about your home or your pet when they are in my care. I also never assume anything about owners or their pets and will ask questions for clarification when needed. Thanks for considering me! I am currently providing care on weekends only. Starting in June, I will be available full-time.

Johnna was great with my dog Buttercup while we were away for the weekend in making sure she was taken care of as my dog can be shy with new people but you can tell she is great with dogs. She came over to meet Buttercup before her services which was very nice. She was on time for each walk and feedings and stayed extra to give her more attention. She also brought in packages that were delivered which was appreciated. Ty Johnna!

Johnna D. is the most "pet" oriented person I have ever known....no, I'm not kidding. She has a full-time job, has 5 animals of her own and is a mother, and yet she has enough heart left over to want to become a dog sitter. Johnna is: honest and caring, anything she decides to take on she does to an extreme level of perfection. She takes each and every task she is given very seriously....much to the delight of whatever or whomever is the recipient.

I like to know breed, weight, and general behavior/personality of the dogs I sit before I meet them. For cats and other small animals, personality as well as favorite places in the house and treats are important as well.
A typical day
Each visit will last between 30 and 45 minutes. During that time, you have the choice of a walk or just quality time with your pet. Quality time can be petting, scratching, playing, snuggling, etc. - whatever your pet needs!
