Pet care experience
My husband & I have been around animals for our entire lives. We’ve dealt with a wide variety including (but not limited to) goats, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, reptiles, and even a raccoon at one point. I’d like to say we have the experience part down.

Johnathan and Shelly always treat Blue like part of the family . So thankful we found such great daycare for Blue. Always communicate very well and take great care of our pup
So fortunate to have found Jonathon and Shelly. They have been wonderful with our puppy Blue. I will use again when traveling to Walterboro SC
Shelly and Johnathon were an amazing find for Blue (our 13 wk old puppy) and me. I travel for my job so needed a sitter while on the road. They were great communicators, responsible, flexible and care for our new puppy with loving care. I received updates, great photos and videos throughout the day which showed how active Blue was being with their own dogs. Socializing Blue and teaching him to "shake" with his paw were just some of the training Shelly taught him. On the last day, Shelly provided us with Blue's favorite toy he played with these past 2 weeks at their home. I highly recommend these dog sitters and will be using their services again soon.
Great with keeping us updated while our pup stayed overnight! Our pup was exhausted and well taken care of!

Our entire back yard is fenced in. We have two dogs of my own who are super friendly & love to play. With that being said, they have tons of toys they don’t mind sharing and I have xl crates to keep them separated or just for sleeping if you’d prefer. Your pups aren’t required to use the crates at all if that is out of the ordinary for you. Our back door also has a large doggy door (it is lockable) & the back yard is camera monitored at all times incase you have an escape artist during potty breaks. At your home, you can expect me to follow set rules & guidelines we discuss over the phone or at our initial meet and greet. I try and make your pet(s) as comfortable and as normal in their routines as possible.

Generally the basics are good to know: are they friendly toward other dogs? Potty trained or need a little extra help ? Have a specific gender they’re more comfortable/uncomfortable with ? Certain things you do during feeding time (i.e water in food bowl with kibble, etc.)? Any little specifics you think would help your pup have an even better stay are great to know.
A typical day
We both love to play with our furry little friends whether it be with inside toys, or a classic game of fetch outside. We also like taking walks through the neighborhood or just around the yard. If that’s not your pets style, we also aren’t opposed to just snuggling up on the couch or floor with some belly scratches.

Availability
I typically work Monday-Friday, as does my wife. But our afternoons, weekends and most holidays are free! We genuinely enjoy meeting new animals and wouldn’t rather fill our downtime with any other activities.
