Pet care experience
Our house has 1 mixed rescue whom is a friendly and outgoing, as well as 3 teenage kids that keep our pets highly active. Pets will have a large space to spend time in with doggy door access to a fenced in area that they can utilize whenever they would like. In addition to the doggy door dog run, there is a large yard that is also gated. your dogs will get plenty of outdoor access and exercise! We will also provide frequent updates so you can be sure your pet is having a great time while you are away.

I am so happy I found John as my Dog Sitter I have been looking for a sitter for a long time. I myself am a rover Dog Sitter but it’s very hard to find reliable and trustworthy dog sitters out there. I had a meet and greet with John and immediately felt comfortable leaving my dog with him and his family. I had a last-minute trip and had to leave my pup for a day and just that day John went over and beyond with caring for my pups. And he got them to eat. I don’t know how he did that because I can’t even do that! Haha Sent me multiple updates throughout the day through pictures and videos and communicated throughout the whole day with me which I loved because it helped me feel very safe and comfortable leaving my pups with John and his family. I am so happy I found him I will use him from now on my official Dog Sitter if he accepts. I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a Dog Sitter.

There is a sunroom that is dedicated to our pets that is climate controlled with plenty of space. We will crate (or not) your pet upon your direction. We provide frequent text/photo/video updates All feedings of pets take place at different parts of the house to keep everyone isolated during that event.

Please advise if your pet has any specific physical needs (more than what I listed , or less). I'm happy to accommodate dogs that need more exercise, and am happy to run them further. If your dog requires less exercise, then I am happy to provide a separate run/walk for them per your requests. Any medications etc, please advise ahead of time. I'm happy to administer oral meds, but not any injections.
A typical day
Mornings I will start out by walking my daughter (and the pets) to her school. Those walks will typically be about 30-45 minutes. Then there will be a period of time where I work, and the pets will stay in the sunroom, or in the house out by me. They have access to the gated dog run whenever they would like. Early afternoon, I will typically take Trevor for a 2 mile run. Your pet (upon your blessing) will join me. Afterwards I will do more work, and your pet will have access to the dog run. Evenings, when the kids are home, we are typically in the gated backyard. Dogs are free to play with our family, explore, and well, be dogs.

Availability
I work full-time from home, and pets will have access to the house while we are there. If we need to step away, your pet will have access to the private dog run, and a dedicated sun room (our dog Trevor is crated while we step away). I will typically take 2 runs per day with Trevor, and your pet (if you would want) would be welcomed to join us!
