John and his wife were great with our dog, Hunter. He came back as happy as can be.

I am John's wife and since I first met him, one of my favorite qualities about John is his compassionate heart towards all animals. I highly recommend trusting John with your dog. He exhibits great patience with them, is attentive to their needs, and will center his activities around dogs in his care to keep them active, healthy, and happy. John especially enjoys running with dogs and keeping track of their progress. John also seems to have a sixth sense when it comes to bonding with dogs and reading their body language. One clear example of this happened when we visited John's family for a weekend and were bringing our dog that we had just adopted. John's family dog was known to be a little anxious around other dogs, so we weren't sure how this first meet would go. Immediately, there was tension between the two dogs, but John recognized it quickly and was able to diffuse the situation without having to separate them. The two dogs didn't become best friends, but they tolerated each other and respected each other's space. I'm sharing this little anecdote to illustrate John's ability to read their behavior. He would never put another dog in a situation their owner would be uncomfortable with as he has a strong work ethic and is very respectful of owners' rules and wishes when it comes to their dogs. As for John, he is on the quiet side, but knows how to speak with authority. He is able to remain calm under tense circumstances. He is responsible, respectful, trustworthy, and is a great listener. John understands the strong relationship an owner has with their pet and will ensure your pet is loved, cared for, happy, and safe should you choose to trust him with your companion.
