I live in ab extremely pet friendly apartment, when sometimes it feels I am one of the only tenants without a pet! I am also in an area where many other buildings similar to mine where there are also many pets - so there is a fenced in dog park at my complex, and in short walking distance to 3 other dog parks and 2 large (human) parks. My apartment itself is spacious with a spare bedroom I use as an office during the day.

Standard walk distance, behavior with other humans / strangers, and behavior with other dogs. Leash will be used at all times but if let off the leash will the dog take off?
A typical day
Walks and visits will include trips to multiple grass and / or turf dog parks, fetch with sticks and balls, exercise is gated open fields when available, proper exercise when available, and proper relaxation!

Availability
I work remotely from home with a fairly flexible schedule, except for 1-2 weeks per quarter. Mornings and afternoons I can make just about any time work and pats afternoons - evening time I am wide open M-F. Most weekends I am available as well as I do not travel much, would just need to schedule ahead.
