Hello! My name is John Richard. I live in a large home in the Old Towne East area, with a fenced in yard and a quiet neighborhood. I recently moved up from Charlotte, NC and am using Rover to meet other wonderful pet owners in my area. I do work outside my home during the regular business week. Dogs boarded with me will have a lunch time bathroom break with my two doggos. I have had dogs and cats for nearly my entire life, and I have cared for friends and families’ loved ones from time to time as well. My dog walks and house visits are flat rate, and I do not charge extra for up to 4 dogs. Therefore, my $15 rate is true as stated. I require any animals staying with me to be up to date on shots and flea / worm treatments. My dogs have also had an influenza vaccine, which I would recommend for everyone considering the outbreak in 2017. I’m comfortable administering oral, topical, and injectable medications, and am fine handling raw diets and wet or dry food. I’m happy to follow any instructions or requests so your good boy has a consistent experience while you are away. We can always recover all this stuff in person as well. Please let me know in advance: * Is your pup crate trained and/or potty trained? * Does your pup have trouble with stairs (three stories)? I’m fine carrying. * Comfortable with closed doors during the day (destructive tendencies?) * What time do they normally eat and potty? * Any temperament issues around energetic dogs, larger dogs, or other dogs in general? * Any movements or actions that scare or cause aggression? * Do you allow your pup on the bed or couch? About Me: I have been in Columbus, Ohio since June of this year. I am laid back, but very detailed oriented. Overall, I am using Rover to meet new people in the neighborhood. Lilly (gf) and I have two awesome dogs of our own, Niicha (Boxer mix), and Frank (Malamute / Husky mix). We are both college graduates, and are fully employed. We enjoy going to concerts, playing board games, hitting up the local spots (like the bar at champion and oak and yellow brick), biking (bicycles), and doing DIY house improvements. I love walking around the city and am more than happy to walk your dog with me on some urban adventures.
