(To Answer This Common Question Im JOHN & YUSUF) ****EMERGENCY ALERT PLEASE READ**** AFTER 04/07/2024 I NO LONGER TRUST ROVER HANDLING MY PRIVACY, MY ACCOUNT WAS RECENTLY HACKED AND COST ME A CLIENT. "LYNN W.". TO LYNN I WANT TO GENUINELY APOLOGIZE TO LYNN W. FOR ROVER ALLOWING MY ACCOUNT TO BE COMPROMISE BY A THIRD PARTIED. I CALLED ROVER AFTER THIS SITUATION AND THEY SAID MY PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS DID NOT SYNC WITH (MY) INFORMATION. SO I WILL NO LONGER BE USING ROVER AS A TRUSTED COMMUNICATION PLATFORM. IF YOURE INTEREST IN BOOKING ME WE WILL ONLY SPEAK IN PERSON NOT OVER VIA TEXT ROVER PLATFORM. *To the 1 bad review, "NO SHOW" she never knocked on my door unfortunately. Out of the other 117 reviews how am I suddenly an "TERRIBLE PERSON". If that was the case she & the other 117 people would have never agreed for me to watch her/their pet in the first place. Sadly she communicated with me on my cellar device instead of ROVER which i specifically told her NOT too due to my phone is damaged because of me getting into a 60mph motocycle accident. She saw my phone was heavily damage yet still chose to contact me through cell phone. Thats out of my control, i still offered 100% refund which she recieved & i offered to pick up her pet "which she decline" but completely understandable, but i still communicated & went above and beyond to make it right. Unfortunately miscommunication casued this to happened"* BUT My rates are low because I do not believe you should have to pay a bill to go on vacation or to attend an event you’re needed to be at. My business GenesisPaw is designed to give you high quality experiences for fraction of top dollar prices. I believe All pets deserve a new beginning to be rehomed, trained, loved & groomed to their content. So give them an experience they’ll never forget while you’re away from home. If you’re pet is senior or experiences epilepsy please let me know! I’m currently building a business working with pets, This is not a side hobby or quick cash opportunity for me. This is my 9 to 5 around the clock business so I do take this very serious. Rover is paving the foundation I need to build long term clients & purchasing my own industrial building for my business. my scheduling is created around your needs. The more of a set schedule we can create, The more efficient I can be with your pet. Cleanliness is extremely important to me not only for sanitary reasons but because I am a father. It’s important that not only my child is in a safe & clean environment but, also your fur baby. Please. If you’re fur baby hasn’t been washed please allow myself or one of my professional groomers I have on speed dial to wash your fur baby. I also have an emergency vet line I can call if anything was to ever happen or if I needed guidance to care for your baby while you’re away. Rover also have a dedicated line for emergencies as well.

Tides took my girl last minute, he answered fast and was very easy to work with. He kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and I could tell she was cared for and well loved. I have anxiety when it comes to other people taking care of my babies, and I can definitely trust him. She loved being there, we will be back!
He is great at what he does. He kept me updated on how my dog was doing. My dog seemed happy and well feed when I came to pick him up.
So I finally decided to bite the bullet and look for a pet sitter for Christmas and New Years. I’ve never used this site until now and I’m happy I did! Yusuf met up with me to make sure we touch base before the stay and talk about any concerns I had, gave me constant updates when I was gone and went above and beyond for my Sugar! He went out of his way to bring her along to trips and make sure she was comfortable, clean and well fed! I can never be any more grateful! For my first time, sufficed to say I will be using his services again when the time comes and I hope you do too!
Yusuf was very nice and professional. Summer, our dog, took to him when we met for the first time at the meet and greet. He really cares about the wellbeing of Summer. He watched her for two weeks while we were on vacation, and she seemed to enjoy herself. He sent us updates and let us know how she was doing. I highly recommend Yusuf for all your dog sitting needs.

Inside my place I have multiple gates set up to keep pets/family separate. 1 gate at the door to avoid any pets running out while I’m opening the door. 2nd gate Dividing the living room & kitchen to avoid pets counter surfing & last one in hallway to keep family & pets separate from toddler to avoid accidents. Please keep in mind i do not allow clients inside home for meet n greets it'll be a danger to everyone. Meet and greets should be conducted in a open environment to avoid making your pet feel trapped & reacting simply because im trying to warm up to your pet. No matter how friendly or you know your pet between my experience and rover recommendation this has been the best result. Ill gladly send pictures or videos of my home if your curious to inside.

Please be open & honest about your fur baby to avoid accidents. If you’re fur babies isn’t friendly it’s ok. Humans are not friendly sometimes either. If your fur baby has no no squares where he/she doesn’t like to be pet. It’s ok. humans don’t like to be touched sometimes too. If your baby is on medication again. It’s ok. The more detailed & honest you are about your pet, the more accidents we can avoid. You’re fur baby is Unique like me & you. So give them an special experience while you’re away so they can feel like at home while away from home.
A typical day
Typically my day starts at 6am. They will have breakfast of course, afterwards bathroom break & depending on the weather a morning walk. Once back inside if they have toys we can engage in play time. If not interested to play I have plenty of love to give. Afternoon will repeat minus the lunch & if weather permits us to walk. Evening we all will eat supper, go on our final bathroom break & call it a night with cuddles. Of course if it’s specific actions you want your fur baby to engage in I don’t mind. the more specific you are, the better 5 star rating experience I can give you. I do pick up medication for fur babies if needed.
