I owned a Black lab. I would feed him twice daily, let him out three times a day, early morning, afternoon and evening and bathed him once a month. I loved him and played with him every chance I got, and even let him sleep in my bed with me. I would also care for my parents' dogs when they go out of town, they own a yorkie and a dachshund. Their care included giving medicine the the dachshund. I no longer own the Lab, I gave him to a better home, but I continue to care for my parents' dogs whenever they go out of town. I do work and I'm typically available after 1230 most days. Sundays and Mondays I'm available after 230 and free all day Friday. I also have a roommate who lives with me.
