I grew up with a family background of working with several dogs over the course of many years. I have always gotten along with them and them me--including rescues! Apart from caring for them and making sure they enjoy their stay, I also enjoy going the extra mile should there be any training or additional care you might like. I'm always looking forward to taking care of your dog and hope you will find me good match!

John is an awesome and loving pet caregiver! Butterfly and I absolutely adore him! He's reliable and dependable. He's very compassionate. My cat is a rescue so it takes a minute for her to warm up to people. She warmed right up to John as soon as she met him! He will do anything he can to help out. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone!

My home is a very safe, inviting, and relaxing place. I'm located very close to Ballston, several dog parks, fields, nature trails, etc. At your home, I will do my best to make sure your dogs are comfortable with me and that I'm familiar with any requests you have. I'm pretty low maintenance and will always try to give your dog the best sitting experience I can.

I always try to put your dog first. My family dog is 14 years old and requires medication and gentle touches. From puppies, to older dogs, to dogs that would like a lot of exercise, just let me know what your dog needs and I will do my best to accommodate.
A typical day
I always like to start by getting to know the dog a bit and planning our time from there. I also like to start by making sure the dog feels safe and relaxed. After that, any walking, playing, or resting I hope to accommodate for the dog and their needs--whether it be relaxation or exercise intensive.

Availability
While my work can sometimes be quite demanding, I do work remotely and in a way that is not so time sensitive. Because of this, my schedule for dog sitting is quite flexible. All you have to do is give me a heads up and I will plan accordingly!
