Pet care experience
Hello! I have a wonderful dog named Buddy who is spoiled beyond words and is treated like a human member of my family. I will treat your best-friend the same way I would expect mine to be treated - with patience, respect, love, and a dash of playfulness. Your furry family member will have the opportunity to play Buddy nonstop, take a nap on my sunny patio, be showered with attention, and enjoy the newest fad toys coming from BarkBox. I work at a DC-based consulting firm allowing me to work from our Takoma Park apartment. My schedule is fairly flexible allowing me the opportunity to work around yours, including days, nights, during the week, or the weekend. I have experience with dogs that suffer separation anxiety, are more "cat-like" acting than dog, and those with extreme high-energy.

Jon was fantastic! We left our puppy with him for almost a full week which was the longest we’d been away from him. He sent pics and updates the whole week to assure us that he was fine. Our pup has quite a lot of energy and Jon (and his dog buddy) embraced it. He was reliable and communication was seamless! Highly recommend!
John was great! We left our dog with him for a weekend, and he did a terrific job taking care of her. He sent us a photo of them at the dog park and another one of our dog hanging out on the couch with his dog Buddy—very sweet. I think we've used Rover about a half a dozen times, and coordinating with John has been our best experience so far.
We are very happy with John’s help with Ollie. It was easy to set things up (meet and greet, drop off, pick up). John’s own dog is super friendly and Ollie and Buddy became friends. Really appreciate John taking Ollie to dog park and keeping us informed how things were going. Ollie came back healthy and happy.
John was a fantastic host and did an amazing job boarding my dog, Riley. His dog, Buddy, was extremely friendly and they both got along very well and had lots of playtime together. I’d highly recommend John to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for their dog to stay.
