I had a horrible experience with John. It started when I dropped my dog off. The particular morning I dropped Lola off, there had been multiple car accidents due to poor road and bad weather conditions. When I arrived 10 minutes after our initial drop off, John was too busy working from home to discuss with me the care or what sort of needs she has. When I tried to communicate with him throughout the day, he did not respond. Finally he responded saying that my dog was very upset, and that she had been crying since I left. I found this a little odd, as she is usually a dog that handles change well, when actually cared for. Out of concern I rearranged my meetings in order to pick her up as soon as possible. When I went I picked her up, I knocked on the door. Usually my dog quick to bark, made no sound. So I found it odd that she was such a “problem” during the day. Then when John finally answered the door I was expecting maybe he would want to communicate what happened, this was not the case. Rather he handed me her bad and said nothing (I’m assuming he had to get back to work and didn’t have time to care for my dog). I than looked In her bag, her food I had packed for the day was still all there and her water bowl was completely dry. So he did not feed her or water her. John, if I wanted for my dog to simply sit at home and watch me work I would have kept her home. please do not take your animal to John. This has been a beyond horrible experience.

John is great! So far we’ve brought Springsteen to John’s four various days, and the fourth day Springsteen was catching on to where he was going, and he was leaping and bounding like a bunny. I could only assume he had a great time with John :)
