Dogs are like people, they have feelings and emotions. Running around with them, playing fetch, or even just sitting back and hanging out with them can have such a strong impact on them. I love seeing a dog “smile” after a long walk or a game of tug of war. Growing up I had five dogs in my home, a yorkiepoo, papillon, black lab, golden retriever, and a bernese mountain dog. They were the sweetest most loving companions and it was my job to feed them, let them out, and take them on walks around our neighborhood on the daily. Over the past few years i have been doing occasional overnight stays with my aunts dog dozier. He has a HUGE personality and inspired me to join rover.
