Pet care experience
We got our first dog when I was 8 and we later had several dogs (and cats) until I left for college. I now have 3 wonderful pups who are my world (oh, and also a husband, haha), and have had 4 dogs in our household over the last 11 years. Each dog has been trained, is up to date on vaccinations and sees the vet regularly. They're walked twice and taken to the park every day. They are loved and I make sure they know it. I think you can look into a dog's eyes and see their heart and soul - they will tell you what they need if you listen. My goal is to take care of your pups the way you would like them to be cared for. I'm currently take care of my mom, who is elderly. This allows me time and a fair amount of flexibility to be available to care for your members of the family. I have a fenced in back yard with a dog run, and a large indoor room with easy access to the outside - 1 story.

John was great. My dog was a little reluctant to walk with John at first, since she didn't know him, but he persisted and got Lucy out. He sent pictures and communicated well.
It was our first time using John, and the boys loved him. I would definitely recommend.

Would 100% recommend for anyone in the local Palm Springs/Cathedral City areas looking for a pet-sitter that is dependable, great with communication and keeping us well-informed by sending texts/photo throughout the day.
John has been a wonderful experience and is really helping dog sit / drop in for my fur baby while I am at work. This has definitely helped ease the stress of a young eager puppy!

I make my own dog food to mix with the healthiest of brand foods. I love my pups and will show your loved ones the same care and attention.

It’s important to have written instructions for any feeding, medicine administration, and guidelines on activity. Ideally I will want to review instructions with you and be given vet information and emergency contact information should anything come up. It’s important to know overall energy level and any triggers or resource guarding your animal might exhibit.
A typical day
I can be as active as you would like with your pup. I can bring toys to play with and believe firmly in simply spending time and touch - as important to animals as it is to us.

I’m available and ready to look after your beloved companion. My husband works at home full time which gives me flexibility. I can see your companion animals morning, afternoon and evening- even sitting overnight.
