I work in downtown Beaufort with a flexible schedule to allow me to come home to care for your dog. My wife is a teacher home for summer break so between the two of us we can ensure your pup is well cared for and never left alone for too long. We live in a safe neighborhood on a quiet street in the Shell Point area. We have a 3 year old female golden retriever, Honey, who we think is the best dog on earth. She loves to play, whether with a tennis ball in the backyard or a bumper at the Beaufort sandbar. Shes never met a dog, or person, she didn’t like. We both grew up with dogs our entire lives so we feel confident and comfortable that we can take care of your dog’s needs. Your dog will be in great, caring hands and we will be available via text or phone to send you updates if you wish!

His love for animals show through in the care he gives them --- whether his own or others. He makes the animals feel loved while their families are away, which is so important.
I am John's Dad. John has grown up with dogs all his life with a minimum of two and as many as four! Treats all dogs like his best friends. Responsible, reliable, on time and takes the time to make sure the dogs are as comfortable as possible. He does not just come to let them out, walk them and feed them. He will play with them and spend the time not only because it is necessary, but because he wants to!

I have a fenced in back yard and friendly dog to show them the ropes. I’m comfortable with all dog breeds. Can crate a dog if necessary or requested and an open to accommodating any needs your dog may have while you’re away.

I would like to know if your dog has anything particular it does or does not like to do (hates car rides, loves playing fetch, etc) Please plan to provide your dogs regular food, any supplements or medications they are on as well as their leash/collar/harness they are used to.
A typical day
Our neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grass to walk on. Not far from the Spanish moss trail, the dog park, and only a stones throw away from a low tide sandbar!

With my flexible schedule and my wife on summer break, we have plenty of availability to play, cuddle and exercise your dog. to say our lives are centered around our current dog is a bit of an understatement, and your dog would fit right into that schedule for us.
