John was incredibly kind and professional as we were sorting out details and scheduling for him to housesit with our 4 pets (2 dogs, 2 cats). All the animals were quickly comfortable with him during our meet-and-greet. And when we returned from our trip, the house was tidy and calm, and all the animals were happy. Excellent choice for a petsitter!
