Pet care experience
My wife and I will team up to care for your pet the way you would while you are away. I grew up with dogs and my wife and I have 2 dogs that joined our family 6 years ago. Our larger dog (45 lbs) is a rescue that gets anxiety when meeting new people, so we definitely understand any special needs or requests that you may have. We are passionate about our pets and feel as though they are family, so we will make sure we take the best care of your dog or cat.

John and his wife were our first experience with Rover and our first time leaving our very needy and anxious dog with somebody other than family. We were a bit nervous at first, but John and his wife COMPLETELY put us at ease. They were very understanding of our dog's insane needs and seemed comfortable with him. We were able to spend the weekend away and were relieved not to have to give our dog a second thought. John and his wife are fantastic!
John and Maryam did a great job with my two older labs. Maryam was able to come a little early on Friday so that I could get out of town before the rush, and was able to stay a little later so that the dogs weren't alone very long before I returned on Sunday. Both dogs would rather stay at the house then go somewhere else, when I am not there, so having a sitter come to the house was perfect. I received photos and updates that made it clear that the dogs were happy with the sitters. John and Maryam kept the dogs' feeding and walking schedule which made it even easier for the dogs to feel comfortable. Next time I am going away, they will be the first ones that I contact.
