Pet care experience
I grew up with a golden labrador. My jr year of college we had to put Andy down due to major health issues. I knew that some day I would be able to get more dogs once financially stable with a home and career. I am a high school teacher with lots of flexibility in my schedule now. My school teacher summer is June 14-Aug 12th as an fyi. Two years ago I rescued my beagle / jack russell mix Guenter. I take Guenter everywhere with me and love the adventures we have been on thus far! We've been kayaking, biking, taken too many walks to count, visited a variety of dog parks, took two dog training classes, do daily dog puzzles, etc... I look forward to an adventure with your pooch too!

Hanna was great with our dog. Her home is dog-friendly and clean. She walked our dog 2-3 times a day and sent us pictures while we were away. All in all, it seemed to be a great vacation for our pup.
I was really nervous boarding my dog Ralphie for the first time ever, but Hanna did a wonderful job taking care of him. She sent me several updates a day while we were gone with pictures! It made me feel a lot better about leaving my baby! Her dog Guenter is so sweet. Ralphie is afraid of most dogs but got along great with Guenter! Hanna took Ralphie for several walks a day and even helped Ralphie get through a thunderstorm with his favorite treat (peanut butter) and some classical music to sooth him! I would definitely ask Hanna to watch Ralphie again.
Hanna has watched my dog several times before. She has done an outstanding job caring for him. Her dog, Guenter, is s very friendly and sweet dog that can get along with just about anyone (two or four legged!). I highly recommend her services. She has cared for my dog like he was her own and gone above and beyond my expectations.

A typical day
I live in a very safe suburban neighborhood south of the city of Pittsburgh. We will walk a variety of paths including my neighborhood, nearby parks and trails. We will try dog puzzles, maybe do some training (if you want), maybe run along with my bike, or take a jog on my dog specific treadmill if the weather is poor.
