She’s really communicative, but I was pretty upset with how this booking was handled. I met with her a month ago to do a meet and greet with Buddy and gave her my usual schedule for him, he eats around 8/9am and 5/6pm. She did tell me she works and didn’t have her schedule yet, but I also paid for house sitting since I was out of state for 4 days. Day 1 I told her I would take care of Buddy before I left for the airport (3 am) and asked if she would let him out in the early afternoon since it would be a long time. She let him out and asked if she could feed him when she came back for the evening, which I said was okay thinking it would be around dinner time. She did not show up at my apartment until almost 10pm that evening, which I felt was extremely unprofessional. I also said “you realize my dog has not ate since 3 am this morning?” She did apologize for the miscommunication, but my dog went over 15 hours of not being fed or taken care of other than being let out one time in the early afternoon. The next three days of my booking she was feeding my dog at 4-5 in the morning, letting him out around 1-2pm, but not getting back to my apartment until anywhere from 8-9pm and feeding him. I have a ring doorbell, so I know exactly when someone is at my apartment. I felt this was not communicated with me at all until I was already out of state and could obviously not change pet sitters. Not to mention, I felt like I paid for a service I really wasn’t getting (house sitting/keeping an eye on Buddy). I should’ve been told her schedule ahead of time instead of when the house/pet sitting was happening. Had I known her schedule ahead of time I would’ve booked with someone better suited to my needs and Buddy. I completely understand working, but this is also her job that I paid for and my expectation was that Buddy would be taken care of during his normal hours when I am home. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be re-booking with her again.

Both Izzie and Ben were very well cared for. JoJo was very communicative throughout and obviously cared very much about doing a good job and keeping them healthy and happy.
