Hi there! I have years of experience with pets of all sizes. My first experience with pets was when I was 6 and given my first pet parakeets, then a turtles.. followed by a rabbit, a cat, and a dog! My neighbors have regularly relied on me to pet sit or walk their dogs. I was even a volunteer pet sitter for a local rescue organization when fosters would go on vacation. I have pet sat the past 13 years and have my own two furry friends. I also feed local stray cats in the neighborhood on my own free time and help maintain a colony

Johanna was great! My cat Mota can be very hot and cold and Johanna did a great job taking care of her while I was away. My favorite were the pictures and her very detailed report card. I would definitely recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs!

For care in your home, I always start out with opening the door and calling out your pet’s name. I observe where things are placed (food, leash, accessories) before heading out the door for a potty break/walk. Upon arrival from their break, I would set up for their meal time and hydration. If there is a routine already set in place by you, I will adhere to that or set for quality time and care with your pet (lots of cuddles and treats, of course)

A typical day
If I can teach a cat to do tricks, I can surely manage giving your fur baby a refresher! I enjoy regularly spending time with furry friends and will love to take them bird and turtle watching by the Meer, as well as circle the Conservatory. With permission, we can always circle Morningside or take a walk by Riverside Drive.

Availability
My routine starts pretty early (5AM) where I drop off the kids before 8AM, and pick them up after 4PM during the week. It leaves me with all that time available to spend with your fur babies! I also have open availability Friday through Sunday.
