I work from home and we have a doggie door for your dog to go in and out. The doggie door will be closed at dawn for safety and will take the dog outside prior to bedtime.

A typical day
If you allow me I can walk you dog at my lunch. When the rest of my family arrives at 3:30pm I can take your walk for a walk to the park which is 12 minutes away.

Availability
I worked from home. I have 1 hour lunch which allows me to walk your dog during that time. The rest of the day they can be with me in my office and walk to the backyard when needed.
